We had an incredible day at HM Prison Sudbury yesterday sharing what to expect when being released from prison.
The session aimed to give them a realistic expectation about what their journey could look like upon release. Some of our team shared their stories of lived experience, and we offered help, support, and encouragement to aid their transition to a life outside of prison.
By the end of the day, they had set themselves targets and gained an understanding of difficulties that they may face upon release to give themselves the best chance at re-joining the community.
